I’ve been looking high and low for the perfect longline Winter coat…it’s the one purchase I wouldn’t let pass me by this season. My only stipulations were that I wanted it to be either navy, grey, camel, or black. And I also wanted it to fit impeccably (obviously) most importantly because I’m petite and, no matter what, clothes tend to eat me alive. It’s freakishly annoying.

I am so happy that I found the perfect fit and I’ve now made it part of my Fall/Winter uniform. Along with a fedora, skinny denim, sweater, and ankle boots, I feel really put together. It’s surprising how much a simple uniform like this can look so chic. Seriously, try it.

I think if you can invest in any coat this season, a camel duster is the way to go. There’s just something about that camel…it looks incredibly chic on everyone, both women AND men. Dare I say it’s the “IT” coat of the season.

Tomorrow early AM I’m also off to NYC to visit my work (The Shelf) for some much-needed colleague bonding and client visits. I’m hoping for good weather on the weekend so that I can Street Scout for every lit hour of those two days. Follow along on Instagram and Instagram stories!
