“My favourite part of spring transitional dressing is being able to tone down the layers…now that its not winter and you don’t need to bundle up under thick layers. I tend to layer a bit more but my pieces are lighter and I start to bare the ankles again! Haha thats the best part about being a true Canadian girl, being able to handle the cold breeze of a long lasting winter.
I also love pairing a leather jacket to add a basic over-layer for texturized pieces like this top. I’m usually not one to overdo the print or texture so adding leather as a material to my busy outfit usually makes me feel %100.
I find myself always leaning toward darker clothes but when that sun comes out I love to bring out statement colour pieces. I also love print but I tend to keep it as the base layer and wear a basic over top. When it comes to shoes, I love a bit of a design element, print or texture to bring the outfit together.
As for the camera bag, Im just so into micro bags and downsizing on space, although a great trick of mine is to just throw my camera bag into any other purse or backpack that can hold it. That way I don’t have to go back and forth trying to organize items from one purse to another.”
